FAQ

How do you play Yacht?

Roll five dice, choose which to keep, and reroll the rest up to two more times. Then score the roll in one of the 12 categories (each category once), and compete on your total after 12 turns. If Ones through Sixes add up to 63 or more, you get a 35-point bonus.

How is each category scored?

Ones to Sixes: the sum of that number. Choice: the sum of all dice. Four of a Kind (four the same): the sum of all dice. Full House (three + two): the sum of all dice. Small Straight (four in a row): 15. Large Straight (five in a row): 30. Yacht (all five the same): 50. If the dice don't fit, you can still score the category for 0 (a scratch).

What does "same rolls every day" mean?

Every roll comes from a random sequence set by the date. The same decisions (keeping the same dice and scoring the same category) always give the same result, so your score reflects your decisions, not luck.

How is the leaderboard ranked?

By total score after 12 turns, highest first; ties go to the shorter time. You only need a nickname, and you can submit up to 30 times a day. The server replays your moves to verify them.
