The board is split by bold lines into N regions. Place the required number of stars (1 on 5×5 and 8×8, 2 on 10×10) in every row, every column and every region. Stars may not be next to each other in any direction, including diagonally.

Start with small regions and regions that fit inside a single row or column. For example, if a region lies entirely within one row, that row's star must be in that region, so no other cell in the row can hold a star. Mark the cells you've ruled out with a dot (·) to keep track.

Yes. Every puzzle is built to have a unique solution (each time the regions are drawn, we check that only one solution exists). You never need to guess — logic alone is enough.

By the time from opening the puzzle to placing every star correctly, fastest first. You only need a nickname, and you can submit up to 30 times a day per size. The server checks that your stars follow the rules.
