FAQ
How do I knock down heavy prizes?
Aim for the top of the prize. The higher you hit it, the more it tilts and the easier it falls over (leverage). Heavy prizes like the plush toy won't fall with one shot, so keep hitting the same prize to push it off.
How is the score decided?
It's the total points of the prizes you knock off. Gum 1, ramune bottle 3, soda can 4, snack box 5, keychain 6, plush toy 12, wristwatch 20. Some small, light prizes are worth a lot, so choosing what to aim at makes the difference.
What changes with the difficulty?
The weight of the prizes. They're lighter on Easy and heavier on Hard, so the same prize takes more hits. The shelf layout is set for each day, so everyone gets the same layout on the same day.
Why is there no leaderboard?
This site only accepts records that the server can verify by replaying your moves. In the shooting gallery, your aim and the timing of each shot are the record itself, so it can't be verified this way, and the game is practice only. Your personal best is saved in this browser.
Are the rules the same as a real shateki stall?
The basics are the same: a prize is yours when it falls off the shelf. At real stalls, heavy prizes sit on a wide base and won't budge when hit head-on, so the standard trick is to aim at a corner or the top. That works in this game too.
