What is the knight's tour?
A knight jumps two squares in one direction and one square sideways (an L shape). Starting from the given square, visit every square without landing on any square twice to win.
Any tips?
Always move to the square with the fewest onward moves (Warnsdorff's rule) and you're much less likely to get stuck. Clear corners and edges early.
Can you tour a 5×5 board from any square?
No. On 5×5, a full tour is only possible from certain squares, such as the corners and the center. The puzzle always uses a start that works.
How is the leaderboard ranked?
By the time from opening the puzzle to finishing the tour, fastest first. You only need a nickname, and you can submit up to 30 times a day per size. The server checks your path.
