FAQ

What age is it for?

Around ages 5 to 6, once a child knows the numbers up to 10. Kids just tap big number buttons to answer, so no pencil or keyboard is needed.

Are there problems with carrying?

No. Even on Up to 10, the answer never goes over 10. The + and − level mixes in subtraction, but the answer is never below 0.

What happens with a wrong answer?

There is no red X. The button you pressed gives a little wiggle, the right answer lights up, and the problem and answer are shown before the next one. That problem still counts as wrong.

Who can go on the leaderboard?

Only a run with all 10 right can be submitted (if even one is wrong, the submit form does not appear). The ranking is by the time to finish all 10, fastest first. The leaderboard is meant for school-age kids and up; younger children can simply play without submitting.

Do the problems change every day?

Yes. All three levels change at midnight Japan time (UTC+9). On the same day and level, everyone gets the same 10 problems, so siblings and parents can try the same set. Random practice gives new problems every time and is not recorded.
